Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools responsibly across the SDLC and improve AI-enabled processes using engineering-health measures.
• Raise code quality through high-signal reviews and strong engineering practices including security, performance, and testability.
• Own and evolve architecture and design for complex scenarios, ensuring solutions meet scalability, resiliency, and compliance requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, security-as-code, and strengthening privacy and accessibility compliance.
• Plan and deliver features through roadmaps and capacity-aware execution using safe deployment practices and secure rollouts.
• Improve system reliability via comprehensive telemetry, instrumentation, and proactive monitoring.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate user requirements and incorporate customer insights into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on development proficiency in C# or Python.
• Expertise in software design, system architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
• Ability to influence technical direction and mentor other engineers through design leadership and code reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Advanced technical judgment and architectural capability to guide engineering decisions across complex services.
• Demonstrated leadership in serving as a DRI to ensure operational excellence and performance.
• Exposure to AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and core machine learning concepts.
