About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset through the use of AI and automation in software engineering processes.
- Lead end-to-end development efforts for medium complexity features, from technical design through completion.
- Mentor less experienced team members to accelerate software engineering maturity and encourage ongoing learning.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Partner with the architecture organization to design, modernize, and implement enterprise applications.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the software development lifecycle and agile engineering best practices.
- Translate user requirements and solution architecture into detailed design specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, Blazor, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- AZ-204 Certification.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Commercial industry.
- Experience with VGL (Visual Graphics Language) for Sample Manager LIMS workflows.
