Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable software systems for the Energy domain.
• Architect and implement components that integrate via REST APIs, database queries, and library calls.
• Apply system design patterns to build efficient, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Implement automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Mentor team members and guide technical research and development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, JSON, and gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with MFC, Visual Studio, and XAML.
• Strong database knowledge, specifically with SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitLab.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at a C1 Advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Oil & Gas domain.
• Experience with Java.
