Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Build and optimize batch and real-time data processing solutions
• Design and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems
• Build and enhance agentic AI applications using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams on AI-driven automation
• Contribute to backend services and APIs supporting data products
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and AI systems for performance and reliability
• Implement data governance, quality checks, and observability practices
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
• Strong experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Understanding of data modeling and warehousing architectures
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience building APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the AdTech industry
• Experience with Scala, PySpark, and Delta Lake
• Experience building production AI applications with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Exposure to React or TypeScript
