About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale core customer data experiences including profiles, lists, and real-time segments
- Design and build scalable systems for managing and activating customer data
- Create highly performant, easy-to-use editors
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver optimal customer experiences
- Mentor team members and drive technical initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong hands-on skills in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Track record of delivering work powered by or accelerated through AI
- Experience with automated testing (e.g., Cypress, Pytest) and code reviews
- Proficiency with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-quarter projects and cross-team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python and Django
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, RDS, Aurora, S3)
- Knowledge of MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, or ProxySQL
