Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and secure backend and third-party dependencies
• Lead the planning and execution of major software releases and updates
• Drive improvements in PR CI speed, code review turnaround, and commit velocity
• Contribute to engineering standards for code quality and platform reliability
• Spearhead efforts to leverage AI within the platform lifecycle
• Partner with security teams and stakeholders to roll out platform changes
• Monitor platform health and resolve complex issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience with clean, maintainable, and well-architected code
• Ability to reason about distributed systems and dependency graphs
• Technical generalist capable of working across the stack (Python, Go, etc.)
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve development efficiency
