Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale systems for the Customer Agent AI-native conversational platform
• Develop foundational platform capabilities and customer-facing conversational experiences
• Tackle complex technical challenges and evaluate architectural trade-offs
• Act as a technical leader and mentor to drive engineering quality and execution
• Deploy reliable, scalable, and thoroughly tested solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of building high-quality, scalable, customer-facing systems
• Extensive experience in end-to-end software development (front-end and back-end)
• Experience leading projects and being accountable for technical outcomes
• Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining testing/deployment cycles
• Experience mentoring team members
• Curiosity and practical experience with LLMs, AI tooling, or agentic workflows
• Strong product mindset and ability to solve ambiguous problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python and React
• Experience building conversational AI systems or workflow engines
• Experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, or LLM orchestration
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, specifically AWS
• Experience with machine learning systems or AI infrastructure
• Experience building multi-tenant or highly configurable SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with observability, tracing, and AI evaluation tooling
