Responsibilities

• Play a key role in engineering decisions alongside the founders
• Design, build, and ship product features from end to end, including LLM-based features
• Optimize profile result ranking and search engine filters/data sources
• Improve user onboarding and initial product experience
• Work on projects such as fine-tuning models for profile insights and building search query feedback loops

Requirements

• Experience building something from scratch (startup, project, or feature)
• Hands-on approach with the ability to move fast and learn by building
• Proven excellence in education, work experience, or personal projects
• Experience with Next.js, AWS, or similar core stack technologies
• Ability to own projects and work in a high-intensity environment
