Responsibilities

• Play a key role in engineering decisions working closely with the founders
• Design, build, and ship product features from end to end, including LLM-based features
• Optimize ranking of profile results
• Implement new filters and data sources for the search engine
• Improve user onboarding and initial product experience
• Work on projects such as fine-tuning models for profile insights and building search query feedback loops

Requirements

• Experience building something from scratch (startup, project, or feature)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS
• Ability to move fast and learn by building
• Proven track record of excellence in education, work, or personal projects
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work hard
