Senior Software Engineer - Java Backend

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Java backend services and microservices
• Optimize SQL queries and manage stored procedures within PostgreSQL databases
• Implement RESTful APIs and utilize JPA for data persistence
• Participate in technical meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams in English
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools to ensure seamless deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Expert knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Experience with GIT, Maven, and RESTful web services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java 21, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with ELK stack and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber
• Proficiency with development tools including IntelliJ, Eclipse, and Jira
