Senior Software Engineer IV

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of critical modules and cross-team features
• Create component-level designs, architecture diagrams, and reusable frameworks
• Write scalable, high-performing, and secure code aligned with best practices
• Drive code reviews and mentor Level 1–3 engineers to uplift code quality
• Plan and execute performance optimization, refactoring, and modernization initiatives
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architects for seamless delivery
• Use AI tools for rapid design exploration, code acceleration, and testing support

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in .NET and related technologies
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, microservices, API design, and Angular
• Proficiency in SQL queries, query tuning, and relational database design
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS for deployments and cloud-native patterns
• Skilled in using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) to accelerate development workflows
• Strong debugging, performance analysis, and system-level problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud monitoring
• Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging, or event-driven architectures
• Ability to lead technical discussions and propose architectural improvements
