Senior Software Engineer, iOS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end iOS features
• Own the full lifecycle of key initiatives from discovery through launch
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable mobile frameworks
• Evolve engineering standards for architecture, testing, and monitoring
• Deliver high-performance native iOS experiences using Swift and UIKit

Requirements

• Expertise in Swift and modern iOS features including the Concurrency model
• Strong grasp of iOS fundamentals: app states, memory management, dependency injection, multi-threading, persistence
• Experience with modularized architecture, MVC, unidirectional data flows, and Coordinator pattern
• Proficiency building complex, responsive UIs and smooth transitions in UIKit
• Track record of publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience profiling and optimizing performance with Instruments
• Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers for networking
• Experience building highly secure iOS applications
• Background developing platform-level components
