Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution for massive-scale physical AI training data
• Build and lead development of core platforms like Instawork Lens and Instawork Prism
• Architect and scale cloud environments and video transcoding pipelines on AWS
• Design data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of global video and telemetry data
• Use agentic models to accelerate coding output while maintaining architectural integrity
• Provide cross-functional mentorship through code reviews and architectural discussions

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, database internals, and network constraints
• Extensive full-stack experience with Python, Django, React, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS, ECS, Docker, and CloudWatch
• Experience managing high-throughput or data-heavy applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, 0-1 startup environments
