Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Ship high-quality, maintainable, and production-safe code
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data partners
• Own features end-to-end from development through deployment and monitoring
• Advocate for engineering excellence and continuous improvement in developer tooling
• Provide technical input on team design to balance delivery with scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in high-growth product environments
• Strong coding and architectural proficiency
• Full-stack proficiency across backend services, APIs, and modern frontends (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• AI-first mindset using AI coding tools to accelerate delivery
• Understanding of the full Agile feature lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Django, Python, React, and React Native
• Experience with advanced deployment patterns like feature flags and progressive rollouts
• Exposure to LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or agent workflows
• Domain experience in two-sided marketplaces or recruitment platforms
