Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure & Tools

Responsibilities

• Redesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment velocity
• Build tooling and workflows to enhance the developer experience
• Implement AI-assisted tooling to automate engineering workflows and repetitive tasks
• Embed security guardrails and automated scanning into the SDLC
• Implement metrics to track deployment performance and pipeline health
• Collaborate across Engineering, SRE, Product, and Security teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Experience implementing automated testing and deployment workflows
• Experience integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong written communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI or LLM-based tooling to engineering workflows
• Familiarity with ephemeral or preview environment systems
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana
• Experience in compliance-sensitive B2B SaaS environments (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Experience improving DORA metrics or release automation
