Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, we have scaled to $60M ARR and are building a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by intelligent AI workers.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD end-to-end, including blue/green, canary, and phased rollouts
• Architect, maintain, and harden Kubernetes-based runtime using Docker and Helm
• Manage cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP using IaC like Terraform
• Implement robust observability including metrics, logs, traces, and SLOs
• Integrate compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) into pipelines
• Deploy at customer sites and collaborate with client teams for integration
• Lead incident response, postmortems, and drive resilience and cost improvements
• Document release processes and codify best practices into tooling

Requirements

• 3+ years of deep experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience building production-grade CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Proven track record shipping both SaaS and on-prem solutions
• Ability to integrate compliance and security into delivery pipelines
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security hardening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with secret management and policy-as-code
• Proficiency in automation using Python, Java, or Node.js
