Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Maintain and streamline a CI pipeline integrating with a mix of real and simulated hardware
• Introduce and optimize build tools and workflows to accelerate development
• Automate release, deployment, and monitoring tooling for development and production systems
• Implement and own the proliferation of metrics and performance tracking in development, CI, production, and mission contexts
• Lead initiatives that improve developer productivity and developer experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure and DevOps engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with scaling build systems (e.g., Bazel, CMake, or Pants)
• Strong Linux experience
• Experience with CI tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or Tekton
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status (required for export control compliance)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Bazel build system
• Knowledge of code coverage reporting
• Experience implementing AI tooling for developers
• Experience with remote development environments
• Experience with flaky test management and infrastructure
