Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assess stakeholder needs and business objectives to identify suitable digital tools and technology solutions.
• Present data-driven justifications for selected solutions, focusing on scalability, integration, and ROI.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and ensure consensus on solution adoption.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and solution blueprints.
• Apply AI or intelligent techniques to improve data quality, monitoring, or development workflows.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience with software development and scripting using C#, Angular, and NestJS.
• Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server) and data warehousing technologies like Snowflake.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, including MES, LIMS, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong documentation skills for creating process flows and project plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes to design scalable, data-driven solutions.
