Responsibilities

• Lead small engineering pods to take complex features from discovery to production-scale delivery
• Act as a key driver in the transition from Vue 2 to Vue 3 using Composition API and modern build tools
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications focused on Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure high-quality user experiences
• Influence the technical roadmap and mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on high-scale web applications
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals including Event Loop, DOM API, and browser rendering
• Proven experience with Vue 2 and Vue 3
• Experience leading small teams or project pods
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite and Webpack, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
