Senior Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and hands-on development, owning end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Lead technical design decisions to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
• Act as a hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex features, services, and platforms.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, production-ready code and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor and coach engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and pair programming.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, Security, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive technical excellence by reducing technical debt and improving system resilience and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on modern web application development.
• Proven expertise in .NET and C#-based application development.
• Solid experience with relational database management systems and advanced SQL (schema design, indexing, and optimization).
• Experience building and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and domain modeling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of big data or data pipeline development (batch or streaming).
