About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality software that creates value for customers and meets product and engineering requirements
  • Take ownership of shipping code to production and collaborate with QA, DevOps, and SecOps teams
  • Proactively gather and document requirements when they are missing
  • Ensure software reliability and performance by writing tests, logging metrics, and building dashboards
  • Provide mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers
  • Encourage the adoption of modern software engineering methodologies and technologies
  • Streamline and optimize processes across teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional full stack development experience
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS
  • Understanding of Docker, orchestration, and CI/CD
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience debugging legacy software
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
