Senior Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software for mission-critical cloud-based records management systems.
• Lead technical projects from concept to launch, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers within the team and across the broader organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create customer-centric solutions.
• Lead engineering architecture design reviews and contribute through high-quality PR reviews.
• Write and review design documents, library proposals, and technical vision documents.
• Define and manage roadmaps for the technical backlog and continuously improve engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and component-based frameworks such as React.js.
• Back-end experience in languages such as Go, Scala, or Java.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL data stores.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
• Experience with automated API testing.
