Senior Software Engineer II - Assets

Responsibilities

• Architect high-availability yield engines and manage billions in assets with seamless liquidity
• Build greenfield investment infrastructure, including brokerage foundations and trading interfaces
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Analysts to define product strategy and technical direction
• Break down complex projects into incremental milestones that deliver continuous customer value
• Coordinate complex technical projects across multiple engineering teams
• Write performant, well-tested, and clean code within a high-concurrency environment

Requirements

• Strong product mindset with a passion for user experience and data-driven decision making
• Proven experience developing web applications and distributed systems in production
• Experience with common design and architectural patterns
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building financial services or investment-related infrastructure
• Ability to navigate both scaling existing products and building zero-to-one greenfield projects
