Senior Software Engineer, IAM

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reliable cloud services including user access management, Gateways, and notification systems
• Partner with customer success and operations teams to create intuitive tools for end-users
• Develop automation software to simplify infrastructure deployment and management
• Implement features focused on operational efficiency and turn-key AI services
• Collaborate with cloud support, engineering, and site reliability teams
• Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in modern compiled languages such as Go, Rust, Java, C#, or C++
• Experience designing and scaling fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and microservices
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD systems
• Knowledge of security concepts like encryption, RBAC, TLS, mTLS, or zero-trust architectures
• Ability to lead and mentor other engineers
