Responsibilities

• Contribute to both frontend and backend code bases as a Fullstack Software Engineer
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to architecture and implementation
• Lead projects including work breakdown, system design, and monitoring
• Influence product direction through technical scoping and ideation
• Break down and port complex business logic from legacy mono-repos to microservices
• Participate in a high-velocity environment with frequent production deployments

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role at startups or software companies
• Fullstack capability with a willingness to work across the entire stack
• Experience leading projects through the full product lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills in fluid, fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage in productive technical discourse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, React Native, or Expo
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or Go
• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or Kubernetes
• Background in scaling software products in a startup or scale-up environment
