Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development across the full technology stack
• Own the design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust APIs, interactive web applications, and pipeline orchestrations
• Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and architectural feedback
• Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices
• Improve infrastructure components including orchestration pipelines, test frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
• Lead technical integration of emerging tools like Agentic AI frameworks
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for medical software and supporting systems

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience, or MS/PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Strong development experience with Python
• Strong cloud development experience, preferably with AWS
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as Django and Vue.js
• Deep understanding of backend and frontend security best practices
• Solid grasp of CI/CD, testing, and Agile practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js
• Experience with Nginx, Pytest, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience designing and building orchestration pipelines
• Strong AWS experience with Kubernetes, CDK, Step Functions, Lambdas, API Gateway, Fargate, ECS, and Aurora
• Experience developing regulated medical software in compliance with FDA regulations
