Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interoperability services to bridge hospital EHR systems with AWS cloud environments
• Implement data modeling and persistence strategies for complex clinical data
• Build and maintain mission-critical data acquisition and ingestion pipelines
• Develop reliable, secure RESTful APIs using healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7
• Ensure system integrations adhere to FDA and other regulatory compliance standards
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural system design discussions

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in Python development
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Expertise in healthcare interoperability (EHR, FHIR, HL7)
• Experience architecting scalable persistence layers and data modeling
• Strong background in cloud ecosystems and secure RESTful API design
• Experience leading comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Functional, and System-level)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
