Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end stack behind factory testing, traceability, and process control
• Build robust, scalable AWS tooling to deliver factory data to relevant teams
• Set standards for quality, security, observability, and release
• Shape the technical roadmap and make architectural decisions as volume grows

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping complex production systems
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS for designing and shipping scalable tooling
• Solid backend and data engineering skills including REST APIs and event-driven services
• Proficiency in Go or Python and strong SQL skills
• Experience with platform and infrastructure tooling such as Terraform, CI/CD, and observability
• Technical leadership experience setting direction and growing engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing test or operations experience
• Experience with production lines, hardware testing, SPC, or contract manufacturing
