Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-availability REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into backend services and fintech workflows
• Develop and deploy smart contracts for digital asset and crypto use cases
• Contribute to blockchain architecture decisions, protocols, and digital asset infrastructure
• Work within distributed microservices ecosystems, including troubleshooting and optimization
• Collaborate across CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
• Drive security-first development practices including JWT, OAuth, and SSO implementation

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Node.js and JavaScript in production environments
• Minimum 1 year of experience with TypeScript
• Demonstrable AI/ML integration experience in real production systems
• Blockchain development experience including smart contracts and digital assets
• Solid understanding of Kafka, message queues, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Proficiency in REST API design and GraphQL
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Solidity or other smart contract languages
• Exposure to DeFi protocols, tokenization, or digital asset custody platforms
• Experience with API gateways such as 3Scale
• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in digital finance
