Responsibilities

• Produce software by driving a fleet of AI agents
• Build the software factory by updating system prompts and automated verification loops
• Stay at the frontier of new technology and agentic tools
• Act as an expert on agentic harnesses, evals, and best practices
• Balance rapid context switching with fastidious attention to detail

Requirements

• High standard of accountability and craft
• Ability to solve problems and build products with urgency
• Clear and crisp communication skills
• Natural system builder mindset
• Experience with Golang, Postgres, React/Typescript, Docker, AWS, or Terraform is preferred
