Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gather and write technical requirements for complex stories, features, and epics
• Author technical designs and develop REST APIs using Java
• Implement applications in cloud-based infrastructure
• Leverage Angular to develop user-friendly applications
• Lead development efforts and mentor junior teammates
• Guide the team in the integration of AI and Claude Code
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience
• BS Degree in Computer Science
• Strong Java development skills and Object Oriented Design expertise
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Angular application development
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration
• Proficiency with RESTful/SOAP web services and SQL
• Experience with Linux/UNIX and GIT
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Proven experience leading teams in the use of Claude Code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring framework
• Exposure to CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
• Experience with EDI or System/B2B integrations
• Knowledge of cryptography and certificate-based authentication
• Experience with AI PLDC integration
• Post-graduate degree
