Senior Software Engineer - FullStack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications for B2B SaaS platforms
• Build and maintain high-performance systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams, product owners, and designers to deliver software solutions
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency
• Implement and manage distributed multi-tenant systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Utilize observability and monitoring tools to optimize performance at scale

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience, including APIs and architecture
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django and DRF
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems
• Exposure to front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within distributed teams

• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities
