Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging problems related to providing interactive experiences on data warehouses for exploration and analysis
• Build and maintain high-quality software using modern tools like Rust, Go, GraphQL, and Kubernetes
• Develop infrastructure to support a modern cloud application
• Design and implement new technologies and features to support a fast-growing user base
• Develop new algorithms and techniques to improve performance and interactivity for our multi-tenant cloud application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, design, product, and sales

Requirements

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals
• 5+ years of industry experience building and maintaining high-quality software
• Experience building and deploying robust and secure web APIs
• Strong sense of craftsmanship and a healthy academic curiosity
• Desire to be a great teammate and work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building systems for data analytics
• Distributed systems monitoring and profiling skills
• Knowledge of cloud application security models
• SQL query optimization and database internals
• Experience administering cloud service infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
• Previous startup experience
