Senior Software Engineer - FullStack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack web applications for a multi-region CRM platform
• Determine the strategic and tactical direction of front-end architecture, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to power intelligent chatbot interactions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend services
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to deliver seamless customer care experiences
• Advocate for operational excellence by driving best practices in monitoring, performance, and reliability
• Participate in the full agile development lifecycle, including technical design, code reviews, and debugging

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant web development experience and production support for high-traffic consumer applications
• In-depth expertise with React and its relevant ecosystem
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (prototypical inheritance, scope, and closures)
• Extensive experience with AWS, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms
• Strong proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing RAG solutions or working with LLMs for chatbots
• Experience with customer service platforms or CRM systems
• Knowledge of service mesh architectures
• Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
