Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable web applications and distributed systems
• Maintain high standards for code quality through reviews, automated testing, and documentation
• Take end-to-end ownership of major product areas from discovery to deployment
• Partner with Product and Design to influence the product roadmap
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks in application performance and database efficiency
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure-as-code

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Proven track record designing high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python
• Strong experience with AWS or similar cloud providers
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization
• Ability to design resilient, observable distributed systems
• Exceptional communication skills for technical RFC processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLMs and AI-driven features into products
• Proficiency with Rust and Tauri
• Experience scaling products from early-stage to mass-market
• Strong product intuition and design trade-off capabilities
