Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of large-scale features for customers and internal finance, operations, and risk teams
• Act as a technical leader and model of execution, accountability, and expertise for the engineering team
• Develop technical requirements in collaboration with the Product team
• Solve complex problems involving distributed architectures and scaling systems
• Execute the full lifecycle of new features and mentor junior-level engineers
• Continuously improve software building, testing, and delivery processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications at scale using modern frameworks (e.g., Python/Django, React/TypeScript)
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing large, complex projects
• Proven experience working on consumer-facing products with an empathy for end-users
• Significant experience operating large-scale services using AWS, Docker, and/or Kubernetes
• Strong ability to design, analyze, and debug distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
