About the Company
Counsel’s mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity. We are building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group from the ground up, redesigning the clinical stack with custom AI tools to make physicians more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship unique product experiences in AI-enabled care
- Work with the ML research team to integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care
- Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling
- Architect scalable backend systems, including health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of building production software
- 2+ years of experience at a startup or growth company
- Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
- Experience building at scale for hundreds of thousands of users
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
