Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React JS
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices-based backend services
• Develop responsive, reusable, and performant frontend applications using TypeScript
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to accelerate development workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, designers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality digital products
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to CI/CD implementation and automation

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack development using Node.js and React JS
• Proficiency with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
• Expertise in React JS, including Hooks, Component Architecture, and State Management
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and prompt engineering for development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with digital banking or assisted banking platforms
• Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Background in Financial Services or Digital Products
