Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end
• Own problems end-to-end, from user experience and data models to scalability and operability
• Provide technical leadership through roadmap direction, architectural design, and mentorship
• Work side-by-side with user-facing teams like Sales and Support to understand customer needs
• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence
• Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements
• Uphold high engineering standards across codebases, infrastructure, and processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack products
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience architecting and maintaining scalable, high-availability distributed systems
• Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
• Experience with modern frontend technologies including ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product, design, and operations
• Experience driving initiatives at a broader organizational level
• Experience running in-product experiments and A/B testing
• Experience and interest in leveraging AI developer tools
