Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and experience design using React/Next.js
• Integrate with backend services and contribute to Golang APIs
• Collaborate with product and design on experience decisions
• Influence architecture, reliability, performance strategy, and engineering standards
• Write high-quality, clean, well-structured code and conduct reviews
• Act as a technical force multiplier through mentoring and unblocking others

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience building production web applications
• Expert-level mastery of React and Next.js
• Proven ability to design high-performance, scalable modern frontend systems
• Solid backend competency with fluency in API design (ideally Golang)
• Deep understanding of performance, caching, hydration, and code splitting
• Strong product and architecture instincts

Preferred Qualifications

• AI, fintech, or data-intensive product experience
• Experience shaping design systems or reusable architecture patterns
• Familiarity with edge rendering, observability tooling, or event-driven architecture
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres
