Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (API Gateway)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the API lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience across the service ecosystem.
• Engineer robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Drive system reliability through incident management, technical requirement definition, and performance monitoring.
• Shape the long-term technical infrastructure roadmap, including vendor selection and architectural standards.
• Oversee scalable cloud-native deployments on AWS and GCP, implementing enterprise-grade security standards like OAuth 2.0 and mTLS.
• Provide high-volume support for mission-critical API services, including proactive troubleshooting and rapid production issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, SQL, and Python.
• 3+ years of experience with API Gateway technologies, including security and routing configurations.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile practices.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.
