Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex projects across multiple teams to deliver innovative features
• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React Native
• Create and deploy adaptable UI elements for multiple platforms using MVC, MVVM, or MVP frameworks
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and Designers to define technical requirements
• Write unit and component tests to ensure stability and prevent regressions
• Support and mentor team members through code reviews and architectural discussions
• Debug issues raised by internal and external users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of programming experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and React Native
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns
• Experience collaborating on cloud-deployed services and APIs
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices and secure, scalable code
• Ability to oversee periodic on-call duty
• Must relocate to Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C++ and C# on multi-threaded applications
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for gaming and delivering player experiences
