Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop innovative cardholder experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Lead the development of React Native-based SDKs and applications
• Architect and implement reusable React Native components
• Optimize performance for mobile applications using lazy loading and efficient rendering
• Work hands-on with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Define technical roadmaps, design documents, and system architecture
• Advocate for modern engineering practices including automated testing and CI/CD

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web and mobile application development
• Strong proficiency in React Native, React Navigation, and Expo
• Experience with native module development (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java)
• Deep understanding of React.js, Redux, or Context API
• Experience with design systems and component-based architecture
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and profiling
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Familiarity with mobile authentication (OAuth, biometrics)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center)
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin for native integrations
• Domain experience in Payments or Fintech
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store deployment
• Experience using TypeScript
• Knowledge of WebAssembly or PWAs
