Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) - Design System & Mobile

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable Web and mobile Design System with React and React Native
• Drive convergence of Web and Mobile Design Systems for visual and functional consistency
• Develop and maintain React Native components for seamless cross-platform experiences
• Mentor team members on React Native best practices and mobile-first thinking
• Translate Figma designs into robust, reusable UI components
• Champion accessibility by embedding inclusive design principles and developing accessible components
• Drive Design System adoption by improving documentation, guidelines, and gathering feedback
• Leverage AI technologies to improve developer experience and build automation tools
• Improve scripts, build processes, or CI workflows supporting Design System delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and shipping mobile applications
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of Design System architecture and component-driven development
• Experience applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML)
• Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Comfortable speaking English daily with the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building unified component libraries across Web and Mobile
• Understanding of JS/TS building and packaging processes
• Understanding of web and mobile application performance tuning
• Native iOS or Android development experience
• Contributions to open-source mobile or Design System projects
