Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a state-of-the-art enterprise software platform to integrate business processes from sales to manufacturing
• Develop applications to track the end-to-end lifecycle of millions of parts across thousands of customers
• Act as engineer, product owner, and team lead by scoping features and driving schedule
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations disciplines to solve problems with code
• Design highly scalable and resilient systems for quality, reliability, and security
• Maintain backend data model integrity for business intelligence
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces focused on functionality

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Python, Go, Java, or similar
• Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django
• Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Experience writing applications interacting with SQL and non-relational databases

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Experience as a team lead, architect, or product owner
• Prior experience architecting complex systems like ERP, MRP, MES, CRM, or logistics software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather and define requirements from technical audiences
