Responsibilities

• Build the product through fast-paced engineering work
• Shape the direction and culture of the company as an early hire
• Wear multiple hats including design, marketing, operations, and customer experience as the company iterates
• Take ambiguous problems and run with them to own the whole product

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Strong product mindset with a focus on consumer-first building
• Ability to maintain high technical velocity and code quality
• Ownership mentality and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Low-ego approach with the ability to engage in respectful disagreement
