Senior Software Engineer - Finacle Core Banking

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Finacle Core Banking solutions, specifically focusing on Finacle 11 architecture.
• Develop and maintain Finacle customizations including custom menus, product menus, batch jobs, and EOD/BOD processes.
• Implement Finacle integrations using Product APIs, Custom APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator (FI).
• Develop and optimize Oracle database components such as SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Create reports using MRT and Jasper Reports.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking (Infosys/EdgeVerve).
• Deep expertise in Finacle 11 architecture and customization frameworks.
• Proficiency in Finacle scripting and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning.
• Experience with Finacle Integrator and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of banking domain concepts and terminology.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finacle Certification from Infosys/EdgeVerve.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale banking transformation projects.
• Exposure to application architecture, solution design, and technology benchmarking.
