Responsibilities

• Own high-impact initiatives from concept through production
• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback and business impact
• Move fluidly across different parts of the stack as company needs evolve
• Improve engineering quality and velocity through thoughtful use of AI tooling
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help raise the bar across engineering

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup
• Strong product sense and track record of shipping meaningful features
• AI native workflow using LLMs and modern coding agents
• Ability to work across multiple stacks without rigid specialization
• Strong systems design fundamentals and comfort owning production systems
• High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Golang, TypeScript, React, Nextjs, Postgres, and Google Cloud
