About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, leveraging exclusive rights to merchandise from the MLB, NFL, and NBA to revolutionize the world of collecting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the fullstack design, development, and maintenance of the Voggt Platform (front-end and back-end)
• Monitor platform metrics, investigate, and fix bugs or scaling issues
• Work with business teams to translate user experience improvements into the platform
• Document existing and new features
• Execute the migration of Voggt to the Collect platform within an agile team
• Support the Voggt user base migration and integrate specific features into the Collect app

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of database design, modeling, and optimization (SQL)
• Hands-on experience with GCP services
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of ReactJs including optimization and stability
• Deep understanding of GraphQL, TRPC, and REST
• Ability to monitor, triage, and understand system issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and CI (GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
• Experience with NestJs
• Familiarity with Metabase and Datadog
