Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong technical contributor within a cross-functional Delivery Squad
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to integrate Frontier into existing systems and workflows
• Build and extend the product using Python and TypeScript
• Lead technical delivery of customer-facing projects and shape production deployment
• Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
• Collaborate with the wider engineering organization to implement new features

Requirements

• Deep full-stack engineering expertise with Python, TypeScript, and React
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with PostgreSQL and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers
